TYSON, Judge.

Jimmy Clarence Nobles was indicted for the intentional murder of Michael Hopkins in violation of § 13A-6-2(a)(1), Code of Alabama 1975. The jury found the appellant "guilty of murder as charged in the indictment" and the appellant was sentenced to 20 years in prison.
