OPINION

CRIPPEN, Judge.

Appellant contends the trial court's exclusion of relevant expert testimony constitutes reversible error. Appellant concluded and the trial court agreed that the evidentiary ruling was tantamount to a summary judgment, and the trial court granted that relief. We reverse and remand for trial proceedings.
