State Farm Fire and Casualty Company appeals a trial court's decision finding that coverage existed under a State Farm homeowner's policy for a boating accident, the decision requiring State Farm to pay a portion of a stipulated settlement found by a jury to be unreasonable, and certain evidentiary rulings.
