(Louisa) and one of its officers and stockholders, Joseph Colletti, Sr., appeal from the judgment of the trial court dismissing their mandamus action and mandatory injunction action against the Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries Commission and/or the Seafood Division of the Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (Department).
