Jack A. Kinder appeals from the decree of dissolution ordered by the Circuit Court of Boone County. His thirty-five year marriage to Norma Kinder was dissolved by the trial court October 5, 1988, after a separation of about one year. The three children born of the marriage were emancipated, and the parties agreed to a disposition of marital property and debt shortly before the hearing.
