This is an employment civil rights action in which the plaintiff-appellant, Carl Jackson, a black employee of the city of Albuquerque, New Mexico, complained of racial discrimination and retaliation in violation of 42 U.S.C. Section 1981, a violation of due process of law in connection with the termination of his employment, in violation of 42 U.S.C. Section 1983, and an unlawful conspiracy which violated 42 U.S.C. Section 1985...
