HICKMAN, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order denying the appellant's request to withdraw his guilty plea. We affirm.

Cockrum was charged with aggravated robbery. He had an agreement with the state to plead guilty to reduced charges of robbery and first degree battery. The state recommended a sentence of 20 years, suspended, with three years probation, and fines and restitution of $4,000. In addition, Cockrum would be required to stay away from his victim...
