Leroy Chambliss, Jr., entered a conditional plea of guilty to two crimes involving drugs. The charges were possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. I.C. §§ 37-2732(a)(1); 37-2732(c)(1).
