This action, seeking to collect contributions to an employee benefit plan pursuant to ERISA, is before the Court on the plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment. No oral argument is necessary. Local Rule 105.6, D. Md.

The defendant resists summary judgment, claiming that, although its president, Mr. Babcock, signed "short form" agreements binding it to collective bargaining agreements establishing its obligations...
