Defendants appeal from the final judgment of the Fourth Judicial District Court of Missoula County awarding the fourteen plaintiffs a sum total of $2,479,916 in damages. This judgment was based upon the District Court's earlier grant of partial summary judgment in favor of the plaintiffs on the issue of liability.
