On April 2, 1980, the marriage of Albert Holop and Linda Holop was dissolved by a journal entry in the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division. A separation agreement was incorporated into the trial court's April 2, 1980 journal entry. The terms of this separation agreement awarded wife-appellee custody of the couple's two minor children, child support, medical expenses for the children and alimony.
