VOLINN, Bankruptcy Judge:

Duane J. Dwyer (Dwyer) appeals from a judgment in favor of the bankruptcy trustee, preventing his avoidance of (i) his prepetition conveyances of realty to the debtor and (ii) the ratification of a subsequent state court settlement, confirming the debtor's entitlement to the properties. Dwyer, representing himself, questions the validity of the state court settlement and of the bankruptcy court's reliance on the state court...
