BROOKSHIRE, Justice.

Winsor Thomas Savery revisited. Basically, parts of this appeal were presented to us by way of an application for writ of habeas corpus. We denied the writ of habeas corpus in an opinion delivered March 8, 1989. A concurring opinion was filed. See Savery v. State, 767 S.W.2d 242 (Tex. App.—Beaumont 1989).
