Jim Housley and John C. Stephens were tried together for the crime of Concealing Stolen Property (21 O.S. 1981, § 1713) in the district court of Tillman County. Both were convicted after a trial by jury and were sentenced to terms of four (4) years in the custody of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections.
