Darrel Fisher was found guilty by a jury in the district court for Ada County of committing two acts of lewd conduct with a minor under sixteen. I.C. § 18-1508. The issue presented in this appeal is whether expert opinion testimony was properly admitted at trial as rebuttable evidence of Fisher's character. Concluding that it was not, we vacate Fisher's judgment of conviction and remand this case...
