William Randolph Heitman appealed from his conviction by the court upon his plea of nolo contendere to the charge of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver. His punishment was assessed at five years in the Texas Department of Corrections, probated for five years. We originally reversed this cause and ordered the indictment dismissed, finding that the State violated the Texas Speedy Trial Act, TEX.CODE CRIM...
