The plaintiff-appellant, Barrett Computer Services, Inc. ("BCS"), appeals from the district court's grant of summary judgment to the defendant-appellee, PDA, Inc. ("PDA"). The district court found that BCS failed to demonstrate that a genuine issue of material fact existed as to whether BCS had standing to bring suit against PDA in the instant case.
