BRYNER, Chief Judge.

Matthew Jackson was convicted upon his plea of no contest to a charge of sexual abuse of a minor in the second degree, a class B felony. AS 11.41.436(a)(1). Superior Court Judge Karl S. Johnstone sentenced Jackson to a term of three years and suspended the entire term, requiring Jackson to complete three years of probation.
