REAVLEY, Circuit Judge:

Tenneco Resins, Inc. ("Tenneco"), the plaintiff in this cargo-loss suit, appeals from the district court's entry of judgment in favor of the carrier, Atlantic Cargo Service ("ACS"). We affirm.
