Appellant Hoo Siong Chow (Chow) appeals the judgment denying his complaint for damages against Transworld Airlines (TWA).

We reverse.

As specified in the court-approved "Statement of Evidence," Chow made arrangements through a travel agent to fly from Indianapolis to Singapore on June 27, 1986.
