Pursuant to a contract resulting from the acceptance of a bid, the City of Camdenton (Camdenton) sold Lots 3 and 6 in Block 3 of the Original Town of Camdenton for $60,000.00 to Patterson and Associates (Patterson). In general, the contract required Patterson to cause a firehouse/police station to be built on those lots and grant Camdenton a lease with an option to purchase the improved property.
