FACTS

The pertinent facts of this case are as follows: On May 24, 1983, the Office of Management and Finance of the Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR) sent a letter to plaintiff Sara Maurello, a permanent classified employee with DHHR holding an Account Clerk II position. The letter informed Ms. Maurello that pursuant to Civil Service Rule 12.3, she was being notified that at the close of business on May 31, 1983, she was terminated...
