("International") has moved pursuant to Rule 56, Fed.R.Civ.P., for summary judgment on its claim for unpaid commissions and pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6), Fed.R.Civ.P., to dismiss the counterclaim of defendant Saudi Arabian Airlines ("Saudi") for accrued interest on unpaid freight charges.
