Richard L. White appeals his conviction of murder for which he received a fifty-year sentence.

We affirm.

White maintains that the following errors occurred at his trial:

(1) the trial court incorrectly instructed the jury on the law of voluntary intoxication; (2) the conviction and sentence were based upon insufficient evidence; (3) the trial court erroneously refused White's tendered final instruction...
