Richard D. Davis was charged by bill of information with driving while intoxicated, fourth offense, a violation of La.R.S. 14:98. Defendant pled guilty as charged. The trial court imposed a sentence of thirty years at hard labor, to run concurrently with any other sentence defendant might be serving.
