PAUL PRESSLER, Justice.

This is an appeal from a summary judgment for the defendant in a medical malpractice case. As a result of an injury when she was thirteen, appellant's left leg was approximately 1½ inches shorter than her right leg. The appellee performed a leg-lengthening procedure.
