James Hill was convicted of burglary in the second degree in connection with the theft of used pistons from a fenced enclosure behind a Davenport automobile parts store. The arresting officer testified that he was walking down the alley behind the store when he heard a crash, then saw Hill jump from the top of the fence to the ground outside the enclosure.
