Bertie Neel appeals a summary judgment granted to appellee, Citizens First State Bank, in a lawsuit based upon the bank's alleged wrongful dishonor of three checks. Appellant argues that the circuit court erred in (1) granting summary judgment to the bank because there were genuine issues of material fact, and (2) in applying the law regarding right of set-off and repossession and sale of collateral. We disagree and affirm.
