Petitioner Jocelyn Wright seeks review of a decision of the District of Columbia Department of Employment Services (DOES) denying her unemployment compensation. She contends first that she is entitled to benefits because, while she resigned from her job, she later attempted to rescind that decision and her employer's failure to accept that rescission made her separation involuntary.
