HOFFMAN, Judge.

Defendant-appellant William C. Christie appeals guilty plea convictions and sentences entered for neglect of a dependent, a Class B felony, and battery resulting in serious bodily harm, a Class C felony. The trial court sentenced Christie to 10 years for neglect and 5 years for battery. The terms to be served consecutively.
