McDONOUGH, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction of felony assault. Defendant appeals a judgment of the First Judicial District of the State of Montana, Lewis and Clark County, contending that the evidence presented to the jury is insufficient to sustain the jury's verdict finding him guilty of felony assault. We affirm the trial court's judgment.
