This is an appeal from a suit arising out of an escrow account dispute. Appellees Brookhill Capital Resources, Inc. ("Brookhill") and Northeast Houston Properties ("Northeast") retained the Law Offices of Daniel K. Trevino, Jr., P.C. to remove a mechanic's and materialman's lien on their property filed by Ram Associates, Inc. ("Ram").
