Following denial of his motion to suppress evidence pursuant to Penal Code section 1538.5, defendant Horace Brown entered a negotiated plea of guilty to maintenance of a place for sale of cocaine (Health & Saf. Code, § 11366) and possession of a cocaine derivative (Health & Saf. Code, § 11350, subd. (a)). Imposition of sentence was suspended and defendant was placed on probation for two years...
