The appellants, Timmy Lydell Dulsworth1 and Roger Cordell Stewart, were found guilty of robbery with a deadly weapon by a jury of their peers. Dulsworth was also convicted of assault with intent to commit murder in the first degree. The trial judge found that Dulsworth was a persistent offender and committed especially aggravated offenses...
