Marian Hudson filed a claim for disabled widow's benefits alleging that she is disabled due to cervical spondylosis, bursitis of the left shoulder, degenerative joint disease of the lower back and knees, hiatal hernia, anemia, migraine headaches, high blood pressure and recurrent urinary tract infections. The Secretary concluded that plaintiff was not disabled because her impairments did not meet or equal the requirements...
