Lewis brings this interlocutory appeal to challenge an order entered in the Noble Circuit Court denying her motion to dismiss.1 The motion was tendered in response to the trial court's grant of a Verified Petition for Emergency Modification of Child Custody filed by Lewis's former husband, William A.
