McDERMOTT, Justice.

The appellant was tried by a jury and found guilty of murder in the first degree1 and robbery.2 After further deliberations that same jury rendered a verdict of death for the first degree murder conviction.3 Post-trial motions were denied and the judgment of sentence was entered on September 8, 1987...
