The Debtors, RICHARD L. SWANSON and JANET SWANSON, (jointly referred to as DEBTORS and individually referred to as RICHARD and JANET respectively) and their son, ROGER W. SWANSON, (SON) are farmers. The DEBTORS and their SON have independent farming operations located on the same real estate owned solely by the DEBTORS.
