The defendant is charged with operating an electrolysis business in a "Residence FF" residential area on July 22, 1988, in violation of section 9-106.2 of Appendix A, Zoning, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Long Beach. This section prohibits the mixed use of residential and business or commercial purposes except in a "Residence-Business A District". This ordinance in its present form was amended effective August 21, 1987...
