Jerri Taletha Holman and her parents, Jeff and Sandra Holman, appeal a final judgment entered in this medical malpractice action pursuant to a jury verdict for Mark N. Goldschmidt, M.D. We reverse and remand upon the holdings that the trial court erred in ruling that there was no triable issue regarding Dr. Goldschmidt's liability for the negligent acts of Dr. Soud, if any, and that the court erred in refusing to give the requested standard jury instruction...
