This action arises out of the alleged wrongful termination of Dennis Fortman from his employment with Cobre Tire. Fortman was discharged by Cobre Tire after he had violated a policy of Decker Coal Co. while working on its mine site. In his complaint, Fortman alleges that Cobre Tire wrongfully terminated him from his employment without notice. Count II of plaintiff's complaint claims that defendant Decker Coal Company...
