HOUSTON, Justice.

This appeal arose out of an action brought by J.W. and Clara Edwards against Howard S. Ross on July 8, 1987, to enforce their right of redemption pursuant to Ala.Code 1975, § 6-5-230 (repealed January 1, 1989, Ala. Acts 1988, No. 88-441, § 14). We affirm.
