Defendant appeals her conviction for child abuse resulting in death contrary to NMSA 1978, Section 30-6-1(C) (Repl.Pamp. 1984). She raises five issues on appeal: 1) ineffective assistance of counsel; 2) failure to excuse a juror for cause; 3) improper questioning of witnesses by the court; 4) prosecutorial misconduct; and 5) cumulative error.
