Michael L. Gore and Thomas H. Justice, III, of Shutts & Bowen, Orlando, for appellee/American Lumber.

WIGGINTON, Judge.

Appellants appeal a final judgment in favor of appellees in appellants' suit to recover the face value of a written agreement between the parties. We affirm the final judgment but strike paragraph 1.c. thereof as an improper determination on the record of this proceeding.
