The defendant appeals from a judgment for the plaintiffs in a suit on four promissory notes. For the reasons stated below, we affirm.

The Plaintiffs are Steven Harris ("Harris"), Philip Sizeler, Ricky Sizeler and David Lingoni. The plaintiffs were the only stockholders of D.D.R.S. Corporation ("DDRS") until June, 1985.
