Kovan Hill appeals his conviction of the offense of robbery. A jury found Hill guilty of robbery and assessed his punishment at twenty years' confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections.

Hill contends that the trial court erred in not allowing him the opportunity to perfect a bill of exception, in refusing to admit into evidence the photographic lineup from which the victim selected the photograph of Ray Charles Johnson (a codefendant),...
