In response to an Order of this Court dated October 18, 1988, the Board on Professional Responsibility (Board) recommended that reciprocal discipline of ninety days suspension from the practice of law should be imposed on respondent pursuant to D.C.Bar R. XI § 18(5). Finding that Virginia's imposition of a ninety-day suspension for three violations of the Disciplinary Rules does not constitute "substantially different discipline in this jurisdiction...
