Plaintiffs-appellants-sellers John and Karen Fogle (the Fogles) appeal the trial court's grant of permanent injunction in favor of defendants-appellees-buyers Asad A. Shah, Employee Benefit Consultants of America, Incorporated (EBC), Parveen Shah, Sheikh A. Rahman and Kathleen B. Ukstins (together, Shah) enforcing covenants not to compete ancillary to the sale of a business.
