Defendant, Board of Trustees of Division 1181, A.T.U. New York Employees Pension Fund and Plan ("the Pension Fund"), moves pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56 for summary judgment. Plaintiff, Minerva Mendez-Bellido, on behalf of her children ("the infant plaintiffs"), also moves for summary judgment against defendant Edith Abreu Mendez ("Abreu").
