MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ASPEN, District Judge:

On September 28, 1987, defendants Fenet Jaramillo and Esther Jaramillo were arrested at O'Hare International Airport after federal agents discovered nearly two kilograms of cocaine secreted on their bodies.
